Dr. Phillips worked with me to find an vision solution that worked for me. I am so grateful that she recommended scleral contacts as I had never heard of them before.

While the doctor was excellent and all staff were kind and respectful, the prices in the glasses is way to high leading me to have to seek glasses of a lower quality elsewhere. Even with the state of Michigan optical insurance, everyone in the glass section was near $600 for their glasses. While my spouse is the only income coming into our home, this is way to much money. Please consider lowering your prices and you will find that you will get increased business.

She solved a problem that her predecessors were not able to. She is wonderful!

When asked, did NOT calculate a script for computer glasses. It‘s my LIVELYHOOD and it was essential for me to have. I made it a point of asking for it three separate times. NADA.

First Dr. Phillips came in late then she rushed through the appointment. Started the test without even explaining where should I be looking at during the exam.

Everyone was fantastic!

Dr. Phillips was very professional and listened to my concerns that I was having with my newer glasses. I was not entirely convinced that I needed progressive lenses originally but the doctor I saw in October 2018 highly recommended it. I was a bit disturbed and unsure but listened to his recommendation and ordered them. That was a big mistake! Dr. Phillips rechecked my eyes and corrected the problem by suggesting computer glasses with a reading lense. I am very happy with the results of my new glasses and was very thankful that she saw me.
