Dr. Gang provides comprehensive clinical and surgical care for a wide range of ophthalmic conditions, including cataracts and complex anterior segment disorders. She is experienced in all types of corneal transplants—PKP, DMEK, DSEK, and DALK—as well as advanced procedures such as superficial keratectomy, cross-linking, LASIK, and EVO ICL. A magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Gang earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees before completing her ophthalmology residency at SUNY Stony Brook, where she served as Co-Chief Resident. She went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery under Dr. Francis Price Jr. at Price Vision Group, where she later taught fellows anterior segment and corneal surgery. Passionate about combining advanced surgical technology with compassionate, patient-centered care, Dr. Gang is excited to make Michigan her family’s new home. Outside of medicine, she enjoys board games, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
