The eyebrow is an important part of expressing how you feel. When the eyebrow droops, you may appear to be tired or angry. Drooping of the upper eyelids may be due to drooping or excess upper eyelid skin, weakness of the muscles that open the eye, or drooping of eyebrow tissue.
Elevation of the eyebrow can be performed alone or in combination with upper eyelid surgery. Surgical incisions are located near the hairline, within a natural forehead crease immediately above the eyebrow, or internally through the eyelid crease. Brow position may also be improved with BOTOX® treatment.
